Incorrect, damaged or defective items
We offer a full refund or exchange on any items that are incorrect (wrong item received), not as described, defective, or have been damaged during shipping. All claims must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. Unfortunately we can not offer a refund or exchange on items that have been damaged as a result of incorrect use or general wear. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition we will refund or exchange the full purchase price including postage costs.
Change of mind
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a full refund or exchange on the purchase price of any item in cases of incorrect choice or change of mind. All claims must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. Unfortunately we can not cover postage costs in such cases and any return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer. Please note that sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are incorrect, defective, or damaged during shipping as described above.
